Shaft Sealing Zero leakage Magnetic Drive  
Gasket & Sealing PTFE with split clamp type quick opening system. i) Grafoil (for Temp > 300°C up to 500° C).
ii) Metallic ( For Temp up to 500°C and special application).
Heating System Ceramic heating mantle with insulation i) Flame proof design Aluminum Cast Heater
ii) SS-304 Jacket.
iii) SS- 304 jacket with external electrical Heater.
Control Panel SS- Control Panel with PID Temperature controller, motor speed variator and other digital indicator/ Controller (as ordered) mounted on it. i) Flame proof/ Explosion proof Group IIA & IIB enclosure for temperature indication.

Stirrer RPM 50 - 1450 infinite variable. 2900 ( Up to 5 litres Autoclaves).
Stirrer Pitch blade turbine. Hollow shaft with gas impeller propeller, anchor, Helix, Ruston turbine.
Nozzles and Internal Fittings Pressure Gauge, vent valve, Rupture disc, Internal helical cooling coil, thermo well, gas inlet-sparger / liquid sampler. Ball valve for powder/liquid inlet, Pressure release valve, flush bottom valve, Serpentine cooling coil.
Mounting SS Trolley with space for mounting panel and all other accessories. SS table top. SS floor stand.

The above specifications are for maximum working pressure of 100 bar / kg/cm² & 250ºC temp. & autoclaves machined from bar stock. The same shall change for higher pressure/ temperature / fabricated/ special autoclaves.

Overall dimensions are indicative, they may change depending on the optional accessories or specific design modifications opted.

Panel size is 300 x 300 x 300mm (For standard 1φ with temp, RPM and Pressure) and 535W x 400D x 355H mm (for standard 3φ with temp, RPM and Pressure)



» Construction and Working Principle
It is a zero leakage maintenance free coupling directly driven by the motor. It consists of external magnet rotor, which is driven by the motor. A stationary shell is threaded / bolted to reactor head & completely isolates the external rotor from the inner rotor. As the external rotor rotates, the internal also rotates in synchronism. The reactor's shaft is threaded to the inner rotor. High energy permanent (rare earth) magnets are fixed inside the inner & outer rotors. A water cooling jacket protects the magnets & other components from excessive temperature arising from the reactor.
