Reflux

It is a single tube SS-316 ( 0.01m2 area
) heat exchanger used to reflux the condensate back into
the reactor & vent off the uncondensed vapours. Optionally
receiver can be offered to collect the condensate separately.
Reflux condensor with receiver can be offered in different
M.O.C & sizes.

Oil
Heating System |

It is opted only if heating is jacket type
& the area is totally flameproof, as electric band heaters
are non-flameproof. Heating can be done by circulating hot
oil through the jacket of the autoclave. The system comes
with S.S. Thermic fluid tank (20Ltrs. capacity)with electric
heaters, level switch, motor & temperature controller. Max.temp.
200 deg.C & suitable only upto 10Ltrs. autoclave.

Chain

For autoclave sizes 10lit & above the heads
& bombs are too heavy to lift manually. Hence chainpulley
block mounted on same trolley can be offered for lifting
the head with minimum efforts.

Remotely
PC Operated Autoclaves System |
|
It consists of a software with PID / PLC
having RS 485 communication port to monitor, control & plot
the parameters like pressure, temperature, gas mass flow,
Liquid flow rate, motor RPM etc from the PC as well as locally
from panel. It gives continuous online data logging & graphical
representation as well as historical data on PC.

Fixed
Head Autoclaves System |

In this system either (a) a vertical screw
is provided on which the autoclave bomb slides in the vertical
plane {Photo in special autoclaves (a)}The bomb can be slided
either manually or automatically by a geared motor or (b)
a hydraulic lift is provided, which can be used commonly
for no. of autoclaves. This system is useful when the head
of the autoclaves has lot of fittings & accessories,
making it diffcult to lift the head & remove all the
fittings.
