Liquid
Metering Pump System |
This system is used to charge the liquids
at desired rates from as low as 100ml / hr. to 10 LPM.
when the autoclave is under pressurised condition. The
rate of flow can be controlled manually or digitally by
variable frequency drive & liquids can be charged at desired
pressures upto 140Kg/cm2. The metering system comes with
liquid sump, pressure release valve, pressure gauge, strainer,
high pressure hose NRV & QRC.
Optionally
: Pressure upto 10Kg/cm2 for glass autocalve & upto
35Kg/cm2 for rocker hydrogentaor.

Digital
Pressire Indicator System With Alarm & Control |

It consists of SS-316 pressure transmitter
& digital pressure indicator with single set point.As the
process pressure goes above the set pressure, the pressure
alarm turns on. Optionally Pressure Sensor with FLP group
IIC gas Certification can be offered.

Auto
Cooling |
|
This system is used to control the overshoot
in the autoclave & to cool it rapidly to lower temperatures
after the reaction is over. It circulates water to the internal
cooling coil of reactors. It is a very essential feature
for highly exothermic or runaway reactions. Cooling starts
automatically if the rate of heating rises suddenly. It
comes with monoblock pump, tank , pipeline & flexible hose
pipes with QRC & is mounted on the autoclave trolley itself.
Normal tap water cooling is not effective at higher temperature
due to steam back pressure whereas autocooling system gives
positive pump pressure. However a soleniod valve can be
given at the inlet of the cooling coil & connected to
cooling O/P of control panel so that temp. is controlled
automatically. Tap water has to be supplied at the inlet
of soleniod valve. However this option is acheived only
for 50ml-700ml autoclaves.

Low
Temperature Baths
|
|
It is used to reduce the autoclave temp.
to as low as upto -30 deg.C from room temp. to carry out
reactions at lower temp. It consists of single/double stage
compressors, expansion valve, condensor, stirrer , circulation
pump with control panel to control the temp. of the Cooling
bath . Cooling media/oil is chilled in the bath and then
circulated to the internal coil /jacket of the autoclave.

Condensor
|
|
It is a SS-316 shell & tube reverse flow
heat exchanger for condensing the vent vapours from the
autoclave up to 10 Kg/cm2 pressure. It can be offered in
all different M.O.C., higher pressure & different surface
areas from 0.1m2 to 1m2 The condensate can be collected
separately or optionally refluxed back inside the reactor
