Gas
Pressure Regulator (Brass / SS-316)
|
|
To manually inject different gases at desired pressure
upto 140Kg/cm2 into the reactor from gas cylinder. Nitrogen,
Oxygen & hydrogen (with adaptor) can be charged through
same regulator. Regulator for other gases like NH3, CO2
etc can be offered. The brass regulator comes with SS braded
teflon high pressure hose pipe (4m long), NRV, quick release
coupling(QRC) & pressure gauges.
Optionally
: Pressure upto 10Kg/cm2 for glass autocalve & upto
35Kg/cm2 for rocker hydrogentaor.

Rotameters
|
|
The rotameter are used to know the approximate volumetric
flow rate (in LPH) of the gas being charged into the autoclave.
The rotameter come with a metering flow control valve, high
pressure hose, NRV & QRC. Rotameters for different gases
like N2, O2, air, NH3 etc can be offered for pressure upto
140Kg/cm2 & flow rates range 0-50 to 0-1000LPH. Each
gas needs a separate rotameter calibrated as per its density
& working pressure.
Optionally
: Pressure upto 10Kg/cm2 for glass autocalve & upto
35Kg/cm2 for rocker hydrogentaor.

Gas
Mass Flow Meter / Controller
|
|
Mass flow meters (MFM) can be used to measure teh accurate
mass flow rate of gas (in gm/hr or Ltrs/hr) & a totalises
quantity of mass ( in gms) charged in autoclave. Mass flow
controller (MFC) is used to charge the set mass of gas into
the autoclaves at high pressures upto 140Kg/cm2 or to charge
the gas so as to maintain desired set pressure inside the
autoclave. The same MFM / MFC can be used for multiple gases
by just entering the conversion factor for different gas
densities provided the gases are inert to each other. The
MFC / MFM comes with high pressure flexible hose, NRV &
QRC standard. Range 0-0.1 to 0-100 (gm/hr or Ltrs/hr.)
Optionally
: Pressure upto 10Kg/cm2 for glass autocalve & upto
35Kg/cm2 for rocker hydrogentaor.

Liquid
/ Gas Charging High Pressure Pot
|
|
It consists of high pressure SS-316 pot designed for pressure
140Kg/cm2 with port for N2 gas pressure, liquid inlet, liquid
outlet, pressure gauge, high pressure hose, QRC , needle
valve & NRV. The liquid to be charged is fed into the pot
& pressurised with N2 gas until its pressure is higher than
the autoclave pressure & then under pressure the liquid
is charged into the autoclave. The quantity & rate of flow
of liquid charged is not known precisely in this system.
Pots of different pressure, M.O.C. & sizes can be offered.
Optionally
: Pressure upto 10Kg/cm2 for glass autocalve & upto
35Kg/cm2 for rocker hydrogentaor.
