Leaf Filters are used for filter aid type of filteration of edible
/ non-edible, castor, vegetable, palm, oils, sulphur, dewaxing, catalyst
& various chemicals. They find very wide application in all oil
& chemical industries to separate solid particles upto 5 microns
size. It is an ideal replacement for old out dated plate & frame
fitters & best proposal for new filtering / refining plants. |

Jacket type filters & filters with spray nozzles for
wet cake discharges are also offered. |

The cake volume
is the total wet cake capacity.
The above filtration rates are assuming
2% impurities in oil having viscosity of 1 cp.
The total batch can be filtered in
1 to 3 hrs depending on filter size & pump capacity.
The
flow rates & batch size will vary as per % of impurities,
liquid viscosity & pump capactiy.
Filters
of higher capacity & with specific requirement can be
customized as per the requirement.
