Size	2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 & 100 Ltrs.
Construction	Flat bottom / dished bottom.
M.O.C	The vessel can be made of glass with top bottom SS-316 flanges (for sizes for 1Ltr. To 10 ltrs.) or fabricated from SS-316 plates for 1Ltr. – 100 Ltrs. all sizes.
Heating	a. Bottom plate heater for glass vessel & ceramic band heater with insulation for SS fermentor b. Jacketed glass / SS vessel with optional oil heating system for insitu sterilization c. To Separately heat the vessels in an Autoclave / Sterilizer.
Motor & Drive	Top mounted DC / AC motor removable with variable speed drive.
Stirrer	2/3 stage Ruston turbine with 100-1000 RPM infinite variable speed.
Shaft seal	Zero leakage magnetic drive coupling / stuffing box assembly / Mechanical seal .
Standard Fittings	Pressure gauge, sparger, vent, sampler, top air, glass / SS exhaust, condensor, liquid inlet – 3nos., inoculation part, thermowell with RTD-PT 100 temp. sensor, internal cooling coil, baffle, ports for pH, DO & antifoam probes, air filter, exhaust filter, solenoid valve in cooling line. (All the above parts may not be possible in all fermentor).

Control Panel	M.S. Powder Coated control Panel with Digital temperature, Motor RPM, pH controller with peristaltic pump- 2nos., Air rotameter & optically dissolved oxygen & antifoam controller with peristaltic pump.

Optional Fittings
PH Control	Autoclavable pH probes with digital pH indication & control by 2 nos. fixed speed peristaltic pumps 1 for acid & 1 for alkali.
DO Control	Autoclavable DO (Dissolved oxygen) probes with digital DO indication. The controlling of DO can be done by air flow control through rotameter & sterile air filter.
Antifoam Control	Antifoam probe with control by using a peristaltic pump. - Glass bottles with 0.2 µ exhaust air fileter for acid/alkali/antifoam feed. - Air compressor suitable for air supply to fermentor. - Autoclave for sterilization of the fermentor. - PC operated system to datalog temperature, RPM, pH, DO etc. on PC. - Oil heating system (to heat jacketted fermentor) with external circulation pump. - Chiller with pump for lower temperature upto -30°C inside the fermentor. - Variable speed peristaltic pumps for accurate pH control.
