Role and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission techno-commercial offers and costing for the same.
  • Technical discussions / visits to clients for resolving their technical queries if needed.
  • Searching for tenders, preparing offers for the same within the due date.
  • Business promotion activities like generating new requirements / new clients and promoting our new products/improvements in design and other aspects of business.
  • Clarifying technical requirements of client to our design and production team, in case they have any doubt during execution of the project.
  • Arranging & attending exhibitions, seminars, and other business promotional event.
  • Should possess/develop strong technical & product-related knowledge.
  • New business development/Dealer development.
  • To handle international dealer/client enquiries independently & follow up on offers submitted.
  • List all customer requirements & close techno-commercial discussion with end-users.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Good knowledge of the export process will be an added advantage.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills & perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

BE/BTech in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with 5+ Years of relevant experience Candidate should have good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production, stores, and HR for meetings and appointments.
  • Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a presentable reception area.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document handling.
  • Support HR/Admin team with onboarding formalities and employee coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Only Male candidate Preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling industrial clients or factory visitors.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and documentation.
